Up to 40 times gain and active noise cancellation allow auscultations to be carried out with special safety. The 3M Littmann Core stethoscope provides connectivity with Eko software on a smart device, so that the data can be visualized, stored and shared. Listening at a whole new level Littmann Core cardiology stethoscope allows switching between analogue and amplified listening modes. This allows you to choose the preferred mode during the examination. The dual frequency technology, a 3M invention, allows the membrane to be controlled by variable contact pressure of the chest piece, so that different frequency ranges can be heard. For low-frequency tones, the chest piece is lightly pressed on the patient, for high-frequency tones, the contact pressure on the chest piece is increased. The soft earphones adapt exactly to the ear canals and thus offer optimal wearing comfort as well as excellent noise sealing. The 3M Littmann Core digital stethoscope allows you to backup and comment 15, 30, 60 or 120 second records in secured environments using Eko software for iOS and Android. Your own audio library of heart tones can be created to document disease courses, be it for training purposes or patient handing to colleagues. The 3M Littmann CORE-Digital stethoscope consists of a CORE-Digital attachment and a 3M Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope. The smartphone shown is used to visualise the app in combination with the Littmann Core diagnostic stethoscope and is not included.
