The SAM XT Tourniquet is used for temporary hemostatic on the extremities in adults. The compact system is also suitable for one-handed self-use. The bleeding is stopped by a simple rotating motion of the toggle. Then the toggle is attached by the grey Velcro strap. The special locking mechanism ensures the necessary pull on the tourniquet’s dust tape and prevents application errors that can occur mainly due to too loosely fitting dust bands.

The robust nylon construction distributes the force as targeted pressure for maximum strength and flexibility and is able to bend against smaller extremities without breaking.
The weatherproof Velcro closure system works underwater and provides maximum safety in extreme weather conditions.
Velcro fasteners can lose their function in wet or dirt. The all-weather precision belt is made from a single layer nylon fabric. The strap has holes at regular intervals that lock with the TRUFORCE(TM) buckle system to create a uniform, efficient primary security system. Secondary Velcro system secures the remaining strap for stability and added security.
