Instructions:
1. Apply the tactical tourniquet to the bleeding site and place the injured link through the strap loop.
2. Tighten the tape and attach it back to yourself. Stick the tape around the link and twist the bar until the bleeding stops.
3. Insert the rod into the clip and lock it.
4. Check the wound condition and tighten the tourniquet if the massive bleeding persists.
5. Stick the tape over the rod in the clip around the link.
6. Attach the bar and ribbon with the strap and note the applied time on the white strap.
7. Please go to the hospital house in time.
