The 3M Littmann Core digital stethoscope is characterised by the excellent acoustics and quality as well as the superior wearing comfort of a Littmann Cardiology stethoscope, reinforced by high-performance digital technology. Up to 40x amplification and active noise cancellation allow the auscultations to be carried out with special safety. The 3M Littmann Core Stethoscope provides connectivity with Eko software on a smart device, so that the data can be visualised, stored and shared.

Littmann Core cardiology stethoscope allows you to switch between analogue and enhanced hearing modes. This allows you to select the preferred mode during the examination. The dual frequency technology, a 3M invention, allows the membrane to be controlled by variable contact pressure of the chest piece so that different frequency ranges can be heard. For low-frequency sounds, the chest piece is slightly pressed on the patient, for high-frequency tones the contact pressure on the chest piece is increased. The soft ear loops adapt perfectly to the ear canals and thus offer optimal wearing comfort as well as an excellent noise seal.

The 3M Littmann Core Digital Stethoscope allows HIPAA compliant means to secure and comment 15, 30, 60 or 120 second recordings in secure environment using Eko software for iOS and Android. Your own audio library of heart tones can be created to document diseases, be it for training purposes or for transferring patients to colleagues.

The 3M Littmann CORE-Digital Stethoscope consists of a CORE-Digital attachment and a 3M Littmann Cardiology IV stethoscope.
