The DeCHOKER is the most effective way to help a child or adult in a choking emergency. Tilt the victim’s head backwards for optimal access to the respiratory tract. Insert the tube into the mouth and place it over the tongue as a guide. The respirator splint covers the nose and mouth and forms a seal. Hold it between the thumb and fingers and apply light pressure while pulling out the plunger with force. If the victim is still suffocating, repeat the process and pump several times to create additional suction. To ensure no further deposits in the mouth, the victim can be rolled to help guide additional material through the mouth. The DeCHOKER can be ordered without a medical prescription and is intended for single use in public or business spaces only. Gebrauchsanweisung

Step 1: Let someone call 911. Remove the DeChoker from the packaging. Step 2: Tilt your head backwards and lift your chin. Step 3: Insert the tube into the mouth, with respirator mask that covers the mouth and nose. Step 4: Hold the respirator mask between the thumb and fingers and apply firm pressure to form a seal between the face and the mask. Step 5: Pull out the plunger by force to remove the obstacles. Step 6: If the bracelet still suffocates, repeat steps 4 and 5. Multiple pumps can be carried out. Step 7: Once the dirt is removed, roll it individually on the side.
