Patris Health – Kidney Function Self-Test (Albumin)

The Patris Health Kidney Function Self-Test is a certified self-diagnostic test for detecting albumin (microalbumin) in urine.

Albumin should not be present in urine. Albumin in urine or albuminuria is a clinical sign of kidney disease.

The test is at least 88% accurate and has been used in hospitals and laboratories for over 10 years. It is manufactured in France according to ISO13485 and is approved by the European authorities for self-testing.

Even more significant is a very high correlation with positive and negative laboratory results. This test only showed a false-positive result in 1.7% of cases and no false negative results.

The test kit contains:

  • a test strip,
  • A plastic cup for urine sample removal,
  • Detailed instructions (English language not guaranteed) with clear step-by-step instructions.

Important: Intensive physical activity, fever, severe infections or pregnancy can increase the concentration of albumin in urine.
