Application:
Step 1: included.
Relax your entire body, hold the device in one hand and place it in your mouth, and keep your mouthpiece level with the ground. Please note that the opening on the cover of the device should be kept clear and should not be covered with another object.
Step 2: inhale.
Breathe slowly through your nose and hold your breath for 1-2 seconds.
Step 3: Exhale.

1. Grab the clear cap with one hand and the body with your other hand, turn the cap counterclockwise to lift it free from the body. (Note: the cap may be stiff when turning (to keep children from opening the device)
2. Lift and pull the clear cap, stainless steel ball and other parts from the main part.
3. Soak all parts in a solution of detergent or soap and tap water.
4. Rinse all components with tap water.
5. Wipe clean with a clean cloth.
6. Reassemble and store in a clean, dry place for next use.
