Action:
1. Attach a tactical tourniquet to the bleeding area and thread the injured extremity through the strap loop.

3. Insert the rod into the clip and lock.
4. Check the wound condition, tighten with additional tourniquet if there is persistent heavy bleeding.
5. Stick the bands around the throwing arms on the rods in the clips.
6. Attach the stick and tape to the strap and write down the time applied to the white strap.
